【通識教育中心】114-2學期「通識課程學習成效問卷調查」獲獎名單

感謝大家踴躍參與 114-2 學期「通識課程學習成效問卷」的填寫活動！ 本中心已完成抽獎，詳細得獎名單請見下方附件。
【領獎注意事項】
- 獲獎同學請於115年6月1日(一)起至6月12日(五) 9:00-16:00，攜帶「學生證」至洄瀾學院B103室-通識教育中心領獎。
- 外籍生請攜帶「學生證」、「居留證」、「護照」，依中華民國稅法規定，若在臺居留未滿 183 天者，須依法扣繳 20% 所得稅，請外籍生特別留意。
- 逾期視同自願放棄獲獎資格。
【Prize Claim Instructions】
- Award recipients are requested to claim their prizes at the General Education Center, Room B103, Huilan College, from June 1 (Mon.) to June 12 (Fri.), 2026, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please bring your student ID card for verification.
- International students are required to bring their student ID card, ARC (Alien Resident Certificate), and passport. In accordance with the tax regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), individuals who have stayed in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days are subject to a 20% income tax withholding. Please take note of this regulation.
- Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture of the award eligibility.
※備註:委託代領者，需備妥「獲獎人」及「代領人」之學生證，並協助確認獲獎人相關個人資訊（身分證字號、戶籍地址）是否正確。
